ingredients:
fresh dill 10G ,smoked salmon 80G, cottage cheese 50G
batter ingredients:
egg yolk about 20G ,plain flour 30G, baby carrot 30G, milk 50ML, butter 10G
seasoning:
salt 0.25 teaspoon , sugar 0.5 teaspoon.

method: 做法
1.wash the fresh dill and drain.pick the baby leaf for use.cut the smoked salmon into thin shreds.combine the ingredients in a bowl.
将新鲜莳萝洗净,摘下叶子,熏三文鱼切成细条,混合备用。
2.peel the baby carrot and boil until cooked,then press it into paste.add the batter ingredients and sesonings mix vell.set aside.
小胡萝卜去皮,煮熟后压成泥,拌入其它煎饼料和调味料,搅成面糊备用
3.Heat the vegetable oil in the pan.at about 70℃,pour the paste in and flatten it .fry the paste until lightly golden brown.then turn to another side and continue frying for about 30 seconds until the pancake skin does not stick to the pan .
煎锅加少许黄油烧到70度,倒入面糊,摊摇平滑成饼状,煎至微黄,翻面,煎约半分钟,以煎饼皮能离锅为宜。
4.put the salmon mixture and cottage cheese on the pancake and roll.serve.
把莳萝三文鱼混合物和农夫奶酪放在煎饼皮上,卷好即成。
