黄油焗大虾 butter prawn

大虾

ingredients   材料

6 king prawn     6只大虾

oil for  deep frying   食用油油炸

3 tbs butter   3 汤匙黄油

6 chillies (choped)6 个指天椒切碎

3 sprigs of curry leaves 3 片咖喱叶

3 cloves garlic (choped)3个大蒜切碎

1/2 tsb salt 1/2茶匙盐

1 tsb sugar 1 茶匙白糖

1/2tsp soy sauce  1/2  茶匙酱油

1 tsb chinese wine 1茶匙花雕酒

6tsb of grated coconut (dry fried golden brown)6茶匙椰蓉炸成金黄色

instruction  步骤

leave the prawn heads and shells on but chop off the eyes part.sit down the back to remove the veins.dry .heat oil and deep fry the prawns.drain and set aside.

留下大虾的头和壳但是将眼睛部分切掉.从背部撕开去除沙线,沥干,将油加热并油炸大虾,沥干并放在一边.

melt the butter,and bird’s eye chilies,curry leaves,garlic,salt and fry for 2 minutes or until fragrant.

溶化黄油,加入指天椒,咖喱叶,蒜,盐一起油炸2分钟或直到香味溢出.

add prawns,sugar,soy sauce,wine,and grated coconut.cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes,sitrring frequently.serve immediately.

加入大虾,白糖,酱油,料酒的椰蓉,在大火上烹饪1-2分钟,频繁地翻炒.
